Motor Finance
Our team successfully challenged 2 Vehicle loans taken out by a 12 year war Veteran. We discovered the bank had breached responsible lending practices on both loans and the car dealership had also been involved in an illegal broker referal scheame setting its own interest rates above what the bank had issues for the customer. Our result was having 170K worth of debt owed by the veteran competely wiped and he was able to keep both vehicles as compensation.
Morgage
We are very successful at negotiating with banks having Morgage put on hold for 6-12 months, interest reduced and in some cases we have had the principle amount owing on the loan reduced in 1 case the morgage reduced to nil on descovery that the Morgage broker was involved in a refered broker scandle and was forging documents to give loans to people wjho were not in the position to pay them.
Superanuation TPD
Our team was assisting a young lady who was made perminately disabled by the neglegence of a hospital. She was represented in court however her lawyer dropped the ball and she got a less then desired outcome. We were able to find not only that she had TPD insurance on her Superanuation policy. As well as that she had duel funds running and was unaware that one had been re-opened due to a mistaken made by a former employer where he payed her weekly super payment to her old fund causing it to re-open with TPD insurance. We were able to successfully claim TPD on both her policies getting her the maximum payment of $250k
